Party Information

  • We offer flexible booking options for Friday, Saturday & Sunday!  

  • A $300 nonrefundable deposite is required to reserve your date, with the balance due seven days before the party.   Gratuity is not included, but much appreciated by our hard working coaches!

  • All parties are 2 hours long, including 90 minutes of gym time and 30 minutes for cake & food.

  • Bring your favorite snacks, yummy food, and awesome cake to share with your friends for even more birthday fun!

  • Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted.  

  • Pricing does not include personal party setup or decorations.  You are welcome to decorate, but please no glitter.

  • EC Kids provides braclets and book marks for your gift bags.

  • Ninjas should wear comfortable clothing.  Flowing garments, belt buckles, jewely or large hair ornaments should not be worn.

  • Waivers must be filled out for participating Ninjas  before entering the gym floor. Party Guest can fill them out when they arrive.​​
